Our Goals

We are based in the Adelaide hills town of Macclesfield and are a family run business predominantly run by myself (Kerry) and supported hugely by my husband and 2 young daughters. My goal is to provide quality products to the local market and continually look for new flavour combinations to trial and experiment with. With my signature Gin and first product I wanted to showcase the Native botanicals that we can grow here in Australia. This year we have planted a variety of those botanicals which will hopefully provide the supply of our botanicals for future years. Looking forward our focus will be on using as many local ingredients as possible, utilising our natives as well as excess produce the community has in their backyard. Our hope is to form a strong connection with our local community and to become a well known name amongst the local area for quality.
